Function/CoP: Engineering

Purpose / Role
Support & execute Plot Plan design work of project.
Assist for achievement of project schedule and quality control.
Develop and optimize plot plan to meet compulsory requirement and client requirement.
Coordinate with other disciplines, Client to complete the assigned project on schedule.

Prime responsibilities and duties
1. Undertake the Plot Plan design work independently, FEED, BED (or DED at requirement) of a petrochemical / chemical plant, or large scale complex .

2. Prepare or review Plot plan design criteria and necessary control documents based on project execution plan prior to commencement of any engineering or design activities.

3. Preparation of Plot plan design deliverables to enable other discipline work or construction to take place.

4. Provide the necessary technical assistance to the project construction team at requirement (e.g. subcontract evaluation, definition of the scope of work, construction schematics etc.)

5. Maintain good interfacing with other disciplines.

Core competencies

Essential Competence:
1 University Degree of related Engineering, at least 8 years Petrochemical, Chemical or Coal- chemical projects Plot Plan design working experience.
2 Strong experience and technical background for Plot Plan design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation with other disciplines.
3 Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement.
4 Familiar with local and international engineering Codes and standards, regulations, and the implementation.
5 High responsibility, good teamwork spirit.
6 Good in written and spoken English, good intercommunication skill.
