Purpose / Role
· Using CONVERO system to setup and maintain the records of the materials and issue all necessary forma and reports.
· Control the material schedule and quantities from engineering, procurement and construction through CONVERO materials management system.

Key aims and objectives
· Ensure the correct quantities of the materials are procured and allocated to the site.
· Dynamic identifying the requisition, purchasing and the shortage and/or excessive surplus and coordinate with other function to reduce the material storage time.

Prime responsibilities and duties
· Assist engineering to setup and review the material commodity code
· Assist engineering to setup and review the material requisition schedule.
· Assist procurement to setup and review the procurement schedule.
· Assist construction to setup and review the request for site schedule for each requisition.
· Cooperate with Engineering, Project Control, Construction and Procurement internal functions to ensure the receiving of information updating to CONVERO system.
· Update the status of engineering requisition.
· Update the status of purchasing.
· Update the status of vendor delivery.
· Update the status of warehouse receiving.
· Update the status of the construction request date.

· 10 years project work experience.
· 5 years oil & gas or chemical project material control experience.
