Purpose / Role
Convero is a software package that combines proven principles and procedures with the latest in computer technology developed by AMEC. A fully-integrated management information database, Convero operates in either a Web or client-server Windows™-based environment, providing project teams with daily up-to-date data for organizing and managing projects on time, within budget and to project specifications. Convero includes several modules like Cost Control, Material control, Document control, Construction management, etc.

The Convero Implementer is to assist the Lead Convero Implementer to manage the Convero implementation program on a project, complete the Convero implementation activities assigned to ensure that the System will be utilized successfully as a Project Management tool. 

The employee will get training and overseas work opportunity.

Key aims and objectives
· Provide daily support for Convero users to ensure they use the System correctly
· Provide related presentations to develop understanding and commitment from project management and users
· Provide continuous training courses to ensure the System will be operated effectively 

Prime responsibilities and duties
· Assist in the set up of related Convero modules for project by coordinating with related departments
· Assist in the set up of proper security for users access to Convero
· Provide related presentations about Convero functions to project users and management · Assist in the preparation of Convero Training Matrix and Schedule and related materials, and provide continuous training
· Generate customized reports according to project reporting request
· Data maintenance and audit

Key internal interfaces
· Report to Lead Convero Implementer
· Coordinate with IT about system facilities

Key external interfaces
· Depend on the project execution and strategy.

Core competencies
· Willing to learn
· Fluent English in speaking and writing. CET-6 and above.
· 2~3 years’ project experience, experience in cost control, procurement and material control, document control, etc is a plus.
· Bachelor degree (or above) major in Engineering, management or related
· Familiar with prevailing software application, such as MS office series. 
· Flexibility to travel (relocate) within China or to other countries.
· Responsible, dedicated, and ready to work under pressure
