The HSSE training manager is primarily responsible for administration of safety, environmental and health training as well as special trade training such as welding, lifting, confined space, fall prevention/protection, construction power management etc and associated reporting. He/She will directly report to IPMT HSSE Director.
项目HSSE培训经理主要负责施工现场相关专业培训和入场培训教育工作，例如：焊接；吊装；限制区域；防高处坠落；施工临电管理等等工作并完成相关报告。他/她将直接向项目HSSE总监汇报。
His/her duties include:
具体职责如下：
· Enforce the Zero Accidents Policy.
贯彻执行项目“零事故”方针。
· Be knowledgeable of project HSSE procedures and plans.
熟知项目HSSE程序和计划。
· Organize and lead the training team members to conduct ‘Safety Orientation’ and audit EPC’s training, document and report for filing.
组织和管理培训组人员如期进行‘入场培训’，对总承包商的培训工作进行评估，记录，报告和存档。
· Develop special trade training materials such as lifting/rigging, excavation/trenching, PTW, confined space, scaffolding, barricade/barrier etc. in the conjunction with specialists.
协助专家撰写专业培训教材，例如：吊装作业；开挖；工作票；限制区域；脚手架搭设和围护等等。
· Supportively prepare and issue security badges after training.
协助办理和颁发员工出入证（胸卡）
· Participate or lead weekly Tool Box Talks, periodically participate in contractors’ STARRT Card’ meeting.
参与或者主持周‘工具箱’会议，定期参加承包商“安全工作分析和降低风险讨论会”。
· Supervise and monitor the compliance of PPE, particular in 100% tie-off policy implementation.
检查和监督承包商个人劳动保护用品的发放和使用情况，特别是100%使用安全带政策的执行情况。
· Coach and train contractors 100% tie-off; confined space; scaffolding; lifting/rigging; barrier/barricade; excavation/trenching procedure; hot work; lock-out/tag-out and temporary construction power management etc.
指导和培训承包商，帮助他们能够充分理解规范要求并在施工中执行，这些程序包括：100%系挂安全带；受限空间作业；脚手架；起重作业；围护；开挖和挖掘；热工工作许可，上锁/挂牌，施工临时用电等
· Lead or participate weekly Contractors’ HSSE performance review and scoring.
主持或者参加每周承包商HSSE绩效审查和打分。
Qualification requirement:
资格要求：
· Minimum five (5)Y construction HSSE training experience and no less than two-year working experiences on chemical or petrochemical construction project in the position of HSSE trainer or supervisor；
至少5年的施工HSSE培训工作经验，其中至少两年的石油化工施工HSSE培训工作经验；
· Familiar with ‘JHA’ and ‘STARRT Card’
熟悉“工作危害分析”和“安全工作分析和降低风险讨论卡”；
· Knowledgeable of procedures such as: Confined Space; Lock-out and Tag-out; Scaffolding; Fall prevention/protection;
熟知相关程序：受限空间作业；上锁和挂牌；坠落防护；
· Bachelor degree or equivalent.
本科或相当于本科学历。
· Fluent in English speaking.
英文十分流利。
