职位描述/要求:
Purpose / Role
To handle all the Training related activities on the project to ensure training programme go on smoothly and successfully Key aims and objectives Organize training activities and assess training result to improve knowledge and competence of project staff.
Prime responsibilities and duties
- Coordinate with the IPMT function managers to design the proper training plan to meet the project need ; - Assist to coordinate the whole training process on the site level, including business and training needs analysis, training catalogue production, training resources coordination, training delivery, and post-training evaluation; - Coordinate with outside service for external training to ensure that special training request can be met. - Organize and coordinate training activities on the project. - Develop or localize training programs, liaise with training vendors to source training programs that meets the company's needs;
Allied occasional duties
· Cooperate with other HR staff and Project Function leader to complete work assigned.

Core competencies
University graduate,with 4+ years experience in HR,especially training and development; -Excellent command of Chinese and English; -Initiative, high motivation and excellent in communication; -An experienced trainer with confidence and impact; -A coordinator who handles multi-tasks at the same time.
