Responsibility

–Responsible for architectural design for Windows CE and Windows Mobile BSP, Driver and application
–Responsible for resolving critical technical problems
–Ensure project's successful outcome working with SDM and tech leader
–Participate in pre-sale technical consulting, working with Sales, and provide technical solutions to customers
–Write project proposal based on the customer requirements
–Responsible for communicating with customers throughout the project
–Participate in company's daily operation work (e.g., recruiting and training)

Qualification

–At least 4 years of Windows BSP/driver development experience
–Rich application development experience in Windows Mobile based mobile phone and PDA
–Hands-on experience on USB(1.1/2.0), WiFi, Bluetooth, IrDA, VoIP, DVB, etc.
–Strong C/C++ programming skills
–Deep understanding OOA&OOD
–Good understanding of trade-offs from architectural perspective to balance performance, robustness, and cost
