Responsibility:

1. To ensure, together with the Design Master, the feasibility of the product during the proposal and development stage in terms of the Contract Renewal targets, applying TC/TP and FDS methodology. 协助总设计师，应用TC/TP和FDS工具，保证产品在提案和研发阶段的可行性, 符合合同规定的指标。
2. To ensure that the CAD (3D and 2D) design is performed with the assistance of the CAD technician. 在CAD技师的协助下确保3维2维的设计工作。
3. To ensure the technical feasibility of the established solutions, taking into account the technical level of the division at the outset of the series. 考虑产品启动阶段公司的技术能力，确保现有方案的技术可行性。
4. To cooperate with the mold technicians and the engineers in the industrial area to perfect the industrialization process, 与工业工程师或技术员共同改进工业生产工艺。
5. To ensure efficient customer relationships from a technical point of view, in collaboration with the Design Master.协助总设计师，保证与客户有效的技术沟通。。
6. To ensure that prototypes are created and delivered in compliance with the plans jointly defined with the customer. 保证根据客户要求制作并递交样件。
7. To participate in the product FEMA and process.参与产品FEMA过程控制。
8. To review the design under the supervision of the Design Master.在总设计师的指导下评估产品设计。
9. To efficiently manage product modifications during development.在研发阶段负责产品更改的有效进行。
10. finding technical solutions, if necessary.协同质量工程师分析产品技术测试的结果，寻找技术解决方案。
11. To ensure optimum use of standardized solutions in all product development processes for all the division’s customers.保证产品研发最大化提供标准化方案。
12. To define the key components of the product and participate in selecting suppliers.确定产品关键零部件，参与选择供应商。

Requirement:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.工程学士或硕士
