Responsibility:

1. Improving production and quality in current processes.提高目前工艺质量和产能
2. To provide feedback for project engineers relating to their designs for project development.为反馈产品设计的生产可行性给项目工程师。
3. To prepare samples of new products. 准备新产品的样件。
4. To implement new processes, drawing up the product documents and for mold technical specifications, assigning suppliers, implementing them in the factory and correcting non-conformities.导入新工艺，建立产品文件和模具参数，指派供应商，纠正异常情况。
5. To set up develop and update process documentation (Work instruction, PFMEA, production diagrams).建立，更新和改进工艺文件（作业指导书，FEMA，生产图表）
6. To cooperate in analyzing production issues (productivity, quality) proposing measures that are suitable for improving the process.分析生产问题（产能，质量），实施改进工艺的措施
7. To adjust the means of production and production control, conduct tests and take limit samples.调整生产工具和控制,进行测试封样。
8. To draw up the costs resulting from the process for submission by the Project Manager to the customer.计算工序成本，交项目经理。
9. Support company EHS police.支持公司安全环境及健康政策。

Requirement:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.工程学士或硕士
  
• 2 years in a similar position.两年相似工作经验
  
• Be responsible and precise 有责任心, 谨慎清晰
