Responsibility:

1. Loading and unloading mould according to injection production plan 依据生产计划更换模具
2. Production process audit, verification for “5S”, discipline, process parameter etc 生产过程审核，确认”5S”,劳动纪律，工艺参数执行情况
3. Organize and implement the production plan to satisfy production capacity, delivery, quality 组织人员执行生产计划，满足交期、品质、产能的要求
4. Set up training plan for operator to ensure operator qualification for company policy, safety operation, quality concepts, TPM. 建立操作人员的培训计划，确保员工理解公司政策，安全操作，品质意识，TPM，达到上岗要求
5. Assign labors, motivate subordinate for production operation 根据生产合理调配和激励员工
6. Adapting production report and key in BPCS, complete monthly report 编制日报表并输入公司BPCS系统，完成每月报表
7. New mould project trail supports in development phase if necessary 必要的新模具试模支持
8. Archive relevant production process documentations 生产过程相关文件记录和存档
9. Good continual improvement concepts, especially on SMED 持续改善能力，尤其SMED

Requirement:

• Education background in plastic process, plastics engineering, polymer science or chemistry 高分子合成，化学，注塑过程，塑料工程教育背景
  
• Above 5 years experiences in injection molding and act as technician 至少5年以上的注塑成型并担任注塑技术员的经验
  
• Had auto plastic parts molding experiences is preferred 有汽车塑件成型经验者佳
  
• Be skilful in operation injection machine and peripherics 熟悉操作注塑成型机和周边辅助设备
  
• Able to loading and/or unloading mould independently in injection machine 能够独立更换模具
  
• Able to adjust the injection process parameters if necessary 有调整工艺参数的能力
  
• Rich knowledge of characters of plastics material, especial for engineering plastic modified plastic injection molding. 有丰富的塑料特性知识，尤其是工程塑料和改性塑料的成型知识
  
• Familiar with mould structure knowledge 熟悉模具结构
