Buyer 采购工程师

Responsibility:

1. To apply the defined strategy for the suppliers’ panel: develop, promote, globalize or substitute (reduce suppliers). Ultimate responsibility of the suppliers’ panel. In charge of registering suppliers in full step database prior completing General Purchasing conditions duly signed and stamped by supplier
2. To negotiate with suppliers the fulfillment of business objectives.
3. To manage and solve the suppliers-plant problems that may arise in a responsibility field (Export business)
4. To implement technical ideas of savings to suppliers.
5. To search for new suppliers who are in accordance with the Suppliers Optimum Panel necessities.
6. To participate (global) or initiate (local) processes of global sourcing to assure the fulfillment of the objectives of quality, price, time limit, service and technical backup.
7. To give support to the Purchasing Project Leader (PPL) in finding appropriate suppliers or in negotiations with existing suppliers.
8. To transfer the sourcing petitions processed to the Lead Buyer.
9. To develop the necessary information related to the suppliers of his/her panel (current and potential) for the Lead Buyer in order to be able to elaborate and monitor each family strategy.
10. To follow the Purchasing reporting process for his/her responsibility field.

Requirement:

• University degree in Engineering.
  
• 2 years in similar position.
  
• Specialized in Purchasing; FDS.
  
• Intermediate English level
