Fulfils his obligations according to Standard of labor EHS按照环境、卫生、健康的标准履行生产的职责 6. Production report in line with the output, quality of produced product, make attendance record of operator产量的报告，产品合格率的报告，工人出勤的记录 7. Quality control on process to ensure to produce qualified product现场产品工艺质量的控制 8. Report the team leader about productivity提供生产效率报告 9. Supervise the production operations across all shifts in order to ensure the product quality生产线翻班管理，并确保合格产品的质量 10. With the authority to stop production in order to correct quality problems为确保产品的质量，生产线班长有权停止不合格产品的生产
Requirement - Above association大专毕业或以上 - Minimum of three years experience in manufacturing area, and one year on site managerial experience3年以上的生产工作经验，至少1年以上的现场管理经验 - Knowledge on process control基础的过程控制知识 - Communication skills and team spirit沟通能力和团队精神 - Leadership领导能力 - Conscientious责任感 - Working under pressure能在压力下工作 联系方式：
