Job description:
l Manage and direct a team with 10-20 software engineers in the delivery of on-time and high quality EMS software product
l Provide regular status updates, progress, action tracking, issue and risk management for the project
l Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team
Requirement:
l Bachelor Degree or above
l Experience or good knowledge in telecommunications technologies, WiMAX is preferable
l 2+ years of software development management experience and 5+ years of software
l development experience; Experience in OAM and JAVA is preferred
l Must be able to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people with differing
l Technical capabilities and various levels of comprehensions
l Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
