Job Scope

-          This position will be responsible to develop and implement the Transaction Banking Business in China for Cash and Trade services covering the Corporates and Financial Institutions reporting into Group Head and local management

-          To work closely with the General Managers and Country Head in developing and formulating longer term strategy and country/segment/business plans with detailed wallet sizing, country economic, competitor analysis and financial projections

-          Execute the strategy and delivering optimal results  

Requirements

-          Knowledge and understanding of transaction banking, marketing, strategies, communications and general management with at least 15 years business experience is essential

-          Experienced and possess records of success in change/transformation management with the strong ability to demonstrate leadership, coordination and project management skills with entrepreneurial aptitude

-          Strong communication, superior people management skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others

-          Tertiary educated
