职位描述/要求：
-Job Responsibilities:
1. Take personal ownership of collections strategy
2. To set up the collection infrastruction and processes, administer and maintain all collections processes in accordance with all Chinese legal & regulatory requirements.
3. Ensure all delinquent contracts are followed in an effective and efficient manner.
-Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 4/5 years collection experience with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
3. Knowledge of legal (mortgage foreclosure process is preferred)
4. Familiar with regulatory policies and reporting requirements
5. Be able to converse in English
