岗位职责：

1     Establish and ensure a safe and healthy working environment in the plant

2     To supervise the subordinates, implement and follow the production processes and activities according to the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Works Instructions

3     To ensure that the Department produce and manufacture the products and meet specified quality by Customers.

4     To ensure the Department carry out and implement the established quality system, i.e. 1st piece inspection, in-process inspection, SPC, etc, as required, to achieve maximum quality output.

5     To plan and organize the daily production activities so as to achieve the desired standards of efficiency and productivity.

6     Co-ordinate and ensure that tools and raw materials qualified for running a quality products.

7     Train and develop subordinates so that maximum effectiveness and good performance are achieved and maintained.

8     Control and maintain sufficient manpower through proper managing of the subordinate attendance to meet the daily work requirement.

9     Ensure subordinates adhere to production schedule so as to avoid any delivery failure.

10    To ensure the work area is well maintain according to 5S.

11    Ensure subordinates perform the machine preventive maintenance activities as per plan.

12    Co-ordinate with Production Planning/Logistic Department on the production process of goods and their transfer to store.

13    Maintain work discipline and motivate subordinates, setting standard for performance review and addressing performance issues of employees.

14    Recommend replacement for turnover and new addition.

15    Implement safety program and enforce safe practices by the subordinates.

16    Ensure all subordinates adhere to the Company works safety regulations strictly, i.e. Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedure, perform DSA, PPEs are to be worn at all times, etc.

1         Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

2         SPC knowledge

3         Leadership skills

4         Calm and Patience, but with Sense of Urgency

5         Able to work under pressure

6         Bilingual in English and Mandarin
