Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end development of complex enterprise web application using IBM WebSphere Application Server v6.x covering full software development life cycle, including requirement gathering, analysis and design, construction and unit test, system integration test/user acceptance test , deployment and maintenance.

2. Coordinate with Business Analyst and client team to develop project plan and execute/control under CMMi level 5.

3. Lead and mentor junior team members to delivery project on time and with high quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in computer or related fields

2. Solid experience in J2EE web application development, include JSP, Servlet, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, XML, etc.

3. Knowledge of software engineering, familiar with software development process.

4. Good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML.

5. Good knowledge and hands-on of IBM WebSphere Application Server (v5.x/v6.x).

6. At least 2 years of DB experiences, such as DB2, Oracle.

7. Good communication skills and excellent technical leader.

8. Quick-learning, self-motivated and hard-working.

9. Excellent English (written and oral).
