集成电路设计（半导体记忆电路设计，DRAM/闪存设计，混合信号设计，模拟设计）

Description

As a Design Engineer at Micron's Shanghai Design Center, you will work in a highly innovative and motivated design team using state of the art memory technologies to develop advanced DRAM. You will participate in VLSI circuit design and verification in the circuit areas such as data paths, control logic, IO circuit, charge pumps, regulators, bandgaps, op-amps, comparators and oscillators. You will also work closely with Micron's various design teams in US and other countries and leverage vast resources available through out Micron's global sites. Additionally, you will collaborate with layout engineers throughout the chip development process.

Qualifications

Successful candidates for this position will have:
- Both theoretical and practical knowledge of transistor level, gate-level and interconnect level CMOS circuit design and process technology.
- Skilled in using circuit simulation tools such as HSPICE, Verilog and HSIM.
- 3 years of experience 
- A high level of self-motivation. 
- The ability to be a team player. 
- Experience with DRAM or NAND Flash memory design (preferred).
- Familiarity with the Cadence design environment. 
- Experience with circuit validation techniques. 
- The ability to write RTL code and participate in logic verification.
- Experience in design of memory components such as charge pumps, regulators, voltage and current references, op-amps.

Education

BS/MS in Microelectronics is required.
