职位描述/要求：

Description

As a ASIC Design Engineer who focuses on logic design at Micron's Shanghai Design Center, you will work in a highly innovative and motivated design team using state of the art memory technologies to develop advanced NAND Flash Memory. You will participate in VLSI circuit design and verification in the circuit areas such as data paths, control logic. You will also work closely with Micron's various design teams in US and other countries and leverage vast resources available through out Micron’s global sites. Additionally, you will collaborate with layout engineers throughout the chip development process.

Requirements

-3 years of experience in complex IC design and/or IC verification preferred
-The ability to write RTL code and participate in logic verification.
-Familiar with ASIC design flow,synthesis, STA experience is required as well.
-Both theoretical and practical knowledge of transistor level, gate-level and interconnect level CMOS circuit design and process technology.
-Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, ie. VCS, HSIM, HSPICE, NANOSIM, NCVerilog.
-Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
-Familiar with Unix platform，csh，perl and tcl programming skill a plus
-Previous work experience in DRAM / Flash memory related fields a plus
-English language skill in writing and speaking is a plus

Education

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering is required
