Requirements:
1. University degree
2. Effective sales and business management, having the ability to interact with a wide range of persons and personality types
3. Business planning
4. Demonstrate proficiencies in: product knowledge; selling, sales process; knowledge of competitor's products and their marketing programs.

Knowledge: 
Steel and General Industries structure and dynamics relative to bandsaws understanding
Reseller contracts, sales and expense budget process, and personal expense account.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for bandsaws business
2. Recuite new bandsaws resellers
3. Provide pre-sales & after sales supports (incl. training)
4. Report activities regularly to responsible Operations Manager
