职位描述/要求：

This position is based in Kunshan to provide efficient IT support to Snap-on China business operation, mainly responsible for system integration project on Wanda Snap-on.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide business system design, development, deployment and technical support to internal customers;
  • To ensure the optimization and the maintenance of the day-to-day running and operation of IT business application;
  • To improve end-user productivity and efficience by enhancing business application, fast turnaround time for problem resolutions;
  • To ensure that IT application and support mechanisms employed by Snap-on in Asian meet the requirement of Sarbanes Oxley.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Computer Science or Information System;
  • At least 3-4 years experience in IT ERP application support;
  • good understanding of business applications, business system analysis and the practical application of such system;
  • extensive experience in i-Scala business ERP application and Crystal report design;
  • strong knowledgeable in PL/SQL, SQL Server;
  • General knowledge in network infrastructure and strong PC troubleshooting skill;
  • Project management and Good communication skill.
