职位描述/要求:

Qualification

  • Strong computer SW architecture knowledge.
  • Strong Software QA process and coding capability .
  • Familiar with CEN/XFS standard of ATM industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.(at least CET-6)
  • Good interpersonal skills, the ability to handles stress, problem-solving skills, and time management skills.
  • Major in computer science, industrial automation, mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Good at mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred
  • Electrical equipment service experience is a plus .

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical support & consultant for CEN/XFS and Diebold SP layers externally and internally
  • XFS SP problem identification and analysis to explore the root cause and corresponding solution
  • Participate in cross-organization meeting and escalate SW issues to oversea BU
  • Take part in the XFS SP version management for major accounts
  • Manage, update and release technical documents.
  • Deliver technical training and guide to internal support team and customers
