职位描述/要求:

Location: Shanghai/Beijing

 

Responsibilities:

·                     Assisting Senior Manager to handle the payroll data of clients’ companies

·                     Reviewing monthly reports in connection with the clients’ payroll, benefits and administration of social insurance, housing fund data etc;

·                     Monitoring the daily work performed by junior staff;

·                     Development and management of an effective and responsive payroll function to the clients

·                     Providing guidance and direction to payroll teams to ensure consistency in application of policies and practices on C&B.

 

 

Job Requirements:

·                     Degree holder with at least 5 years experience of which 2 years of solid Payoll and C&B experience at supervisory grade, preferably with international companies;

·                     Conversant with prevailing Labour Laws and related legislation;

·                     Excellent command of both written and spoken English;

·                     Detail-minded, analytical with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;

·                     Proficiency in MS Office application.
