职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities: • To assist Managers/Senior Executive in corporate secretarial & administrative matters • To provide company secretarial support services to clients • Update and maintain as well as take custody of all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents. • Assisting the Senior Executive for typing & preparation and updating of documentations with regards to corporate assignments such as change of Directors/Shareholders, authorized signatory and other ad-hoc projects etc. • Other daily housekeeping and administrative works such as filing, photocopying, delivery, typing etc
Requirements: • Applicants must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, English, others or its equivalent • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply • Application is also open to those sitting for other professional examinations. • Training will be provided.
