职责 Responsibilities

Ø         Supervise and optimize Data related CRM process and workflow;

Ø         Data quality auditing, cleansing and ETL strategy design;

Ø         Responsible for the Database administration and technical documentation

Ø         Data security management and project implementation

Ø         Supervise, design and implement reporting facility

职位要求 Requirements

Ø         Bachelor or above in Computer Science or Computer Application

Ø         Demonstrate effective communication skill and good written and verbal English skills.

Ø         3+ years implementing a large-scale data warehouse system (preferably SQL Server)

Ø         Familiar with reporting tool, eg Cognos

Ø         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ø         Familiar with CRM, Direct Marketing is preferred

Ø         Experience in Project Management is preferred
