职位描述/要求：
Our Client is the world's leading company in oilfield services, including supplying technology, information solutions and integrated project management that optimize reservoir performance for customers working in the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilites:
· Technical discriminator for part and parts family, design for manufacturability (DFM), intellectual property, volume and value, technical feasibility, quality plans and process control.
· Initiate sourcing, locate, select and manage a high-performance supplier base for outsourcing of components. Obtain and analyze quotations and negotiates total cost elements.
· Technical communication between the Tech Centers and suppliers for Non-Conformance Report (NCR), waivers, Remedial Work Plan (RWP), improvement plan, drawing and specification correction and problem solving
· Status reporting of Tech Centers production and sourcing activities including scheduling deliveries and expedite as necessary.
· Recommend opportunities to reduce total product cost, total inventory investment through new sources, improved system or methods, and negotiations etc.
· Communicate with and maintain the highest degree of relations between the company (Tech Centers) and all levels of supplier personnel.
· Participate on process improvement programs, like Lean Six Sigma.
Requirements:
·Excellent negotiation and communication skill.
·Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
·Technical training in Mechanical design or manufacturing Engineering is an advantage
·Good knowledge in business law and regular procedure in China.
·Be familiar with suppliers of mechanical raw materials.
·Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical), or Supply Chain Management 联系方式：
