Job Descriptions
We are looking for hands-on analog IC design manager who can lead a talented team of engineers developing state-of-the-art analog and power management ICs. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the entire product development process, being involved in product definition, circuit implementation, layout, and debug, as well as playing an advisory role in test development and characterization

Qualifications
The candidate should have strong hands-on analog IC circuit design capability in the area of LDO, DC-DC converters, white LED drivers, battery charger, and class-D audio amplifiers, and yet is able to oversee multiple design projects. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to foundry interfaces, customer visits and supports, market understandings, and product definitions. Other qualifications include having strong understanding of IC process technologies and CAD tools.

Strong verbal and written communications skills are required, as is a proven track record of ability to lead and motivate others while releasing successful products on time.

MSEE, PHD preferred. 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal and power management design experience.
