You will assume
-Customer visit together with distributors for demand creation and technical support
-Customer visit report and weekly report is required
-Opportunity management by using internal tool called Compass
-Market survey for China market regarding MCU and make up new product proposal
-Making document for internal meeting regarding promotion activities

In order to play the role successfully, you shall have
-Bachelor Degree or above, electronics or electrical engineering background/major.
-3--4+ years FAE experience in semiconductor field.(better to have MCU products)
-Familiar with Consumer related application
-System level analysis and design experience: spec and standard translation into system level design, component performance debug based on system level requirement.
-Hardware and software experience in Consumer applications for promoting microcontrollers.
-Record of design-win and business-win
-Project management experience.
-Solid knowledge of semiconductor and MCU products.
-Good knowledge of technical marketing processes.
-Excellent written and spoken English. Japanese language abilities will be a plus.
-Excellent communication, technical presentation & training skills.
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Good analytical skills.
-Documentation writing ability.
-Ability to travel frequently (domestic and overseas).
-High level of integrity.
-Self motivated, proactive personality.
-Ability to handle multi-tasks with multiple objectives.
-Teamwork spirited.
