TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: -Using CSGZ facility as an initial marketing tool, to come up with a UPR/Gel Coat sales and marketing strategy and the execution plan for CSGZ in South/China in various UPR/Gel Coat market; -To suggest a lean and effective UPR Marketing team, To recruit the team and to manage the performance of the team to deliver the marketing plan; -To screen and identify products from Continental UPE products range for China UPR Business Development; -To identify, suggest and lead the new product development need and to follow through to a successful completion; -To identify and visit customers in selected UPR/Gel Coat sectors, to identify the needs of the customers and to promote Continental UPR products to suit the customer’s need. -To provide technical service to distributor(s) and customers. EDUCATION BACKGROUD & WORKING EXPERIENCE:
-At least colleague degree in chemical or polymer related field. A business degree will be a plus;. -At least 5 years of UPR technical experience in the product development and application is required; -At least 2 year’s experience of product/marketing/sales management on UPR Business; 4)Good command of English and computer. OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
"Soft skills" -An auto starter and self motivator in creating and seizing opportunities for success; -Highly motivated team player and leader, able to manage multiple projects; -good problem solving, organizational skills and good communication skills (oral, written, presentation) -Proving history of career success.
