
职位描述/要求:
Major Accountabilities:
- Lead and structure the FRA team and develop team members, to aim for a quality, effectiveness and customer oriented organization
- Full compliance with internal control requirement and maintain a healthy control environment according to Novartis Financial Control Manual
- Direct accounting with policies, procedures and systems necessary for proper accounting practices, controls and services
- Accurate and transparent group, statutory and management reporting on timely basis
- Control all balance sheet items of the Company, and manage credit policy
- Support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis to management
- Coordinate with Novartis Country Organization, and manage treasury and tax
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors and banks
Qualifications:
- University Degree of business
- 7 years relevant experience, with 2 years of managerial experience
- Be familiar with Statutory & International accounting standards
- Have strong internal control knowledge
- Good analytical skill, leadership skill and communication skill
- Fluent on oral and written English
