Goal/Mission:
As a senior expert in R&D team, He/she should have broad expert level technical knowledge of VoIP technology. He/she is responsible for requirements analysis and system architecture design for access equipments.

Task:

• Customer requirement analysis, discuss with customers, and R&D
• System requirements specification definition based on Product Line management, customers, standards and trends 
• System architecture design, documents, validate, maintain
• Product cost, development cost and effort estimation
• Coaches/Supports the development team during implementation
• Keeps pace with new technologies, directions and the latest industry, identify the technology trends and product/feature strategy and roadmap
• Contribute to standardization work internationally and for China

Education:

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Major in Computer Science and/or telecommunications networks/technology

Knowledge:

• -Excellent knowledge of POTS, ISDN, H.248, SIP, IMS, TISPAN etc.
• -Excellent knowledge of IP network technology.
• -Good knowledge of Programming Languages C/C++.
• -Good knowledge of Linux

Experience:

• Above 5 years of working experience in telecom or data communication network equipment development.
• Above 2 years large project experience and software architecture/system engineering experience.
• Above 2 years of VoIP equipment developing experience, the experience in access gateway is preferred.
• With project team leader experience
• Working experience with European countries or US preferred
