Tasks:Successfully execute projects within the set targets and to full customer satisfaction by
-Coaching and leading the project execution team,
-Overseeing all project related functions regarding procurement, engineering,
-Supervision of sub-suppliers logistics, and onsite services(installation/commissioning), etc.
-Implementing and controlling time, cost and resources,

-Documenting project development and milestones through regular project status meetings,

-Ensuring continuous improvement through pro-active leadership, development of direct reports and lessons-learned sessions;
Support the sales team by working out project strategies during the acquisition phase

Support the sales team during bidding activities in regards to proposal contract management, risk analysis, project planning (also cost) and scheduling

Education:-Master or bachelor degree in electrical, mechanical or process engineering

Job Language:EN

Knowledge/Languages:-Basic understanding of processes in the Oil & Gas industry preferred
-Understanding of the project management tools and methodologies, customer relationship and contract management
-Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
-Fluent in written & spoken English

Experience:-Project Management experience of at least 5 years

Capabilities:-Ability to work in an intercultural environment
