Goals/Mission:Build up and develop continuous relationship and sales volume in specific industry in Xinjiang area

Tasks:* Fulfill the sales target with Siemens automation and drives products
* support the development of key account and business concept in specific industry branch
* direct approach to the end user and EPC in specific industry branch
* Analysis of prospects/customers for the timely indentification of any sector-specific potential corresponding to business brief and creation of account plans, to provide the right focus as the basis for sales
* Initiation/drafting of tenders, assurance of proper technical and contractual handling
* responsible for assigned part of bid process, leads the tender/bid clarification meeting
* Translation of the requirements analysis conducted with customers/prospects into solution strategies, to support the business of our customers to enable them in turn to be successful
* Initiation of order confirmation and order processing, trigger implementation
* Co-responsibility for economic fulfillment obligation of customer, to contribute to the achievement of economic and qualitative targets for A&D
* Development and maintenance of customer ties to protect customer investment, to understand customers needs and strategy and translate into solutions.
* Analysis of pre-sales activities by successes and order losses and drawing conclusions for sales approach, to continuously optimize sales processes.
* providing advice on financing to customers/prospects in cooperation with Section Sales Manager (with support of administrative department if appropriate) to ensure order financing

Education:* Bachelor degree or above in automation or electrical engineering

Job Language:EN

Knowledge/Languages:* Automation knowledge of PLC or DCS, Drives knowledge.
* Low Voltage knowledge
* Sales skills
* Good command of English in spoken and written
* Chinese: native speaker
* good command of Computer skill
* knowledge of financial instruments
* good presentation skills

Experience:* Relevant industry experiences, must understand specific industry business, must have at least 3 years sales experience
