Role and Responsibilities
-Build up sales distribution channel through out China, excluding Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan
-Maintain appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison within Asia sales team
-Manage and maintain project pipelines
-Market Traxon to potential clients through direct communication, face to face meeting, or e mails
-Develop new business relationship generate sales and achieve target revenue and gross margin
-Attending trade shows to gain new business and contact leads
-Effectively interact with other departments when handling orders ensuring prompt delivery etc.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-University education in business, engineering or equivalent discipline
Experience:
-Solid background within business development segment
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Confident negotiator and ability to close deals
Skills:
-Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
-Business-minded, mature, team-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Language:
-English – Fluent
-Cantonese – preferable but not a must
-Mandarin – Fluent
-Preferable, not compulsory
Others:
-Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to find ideas and solutions
