Description：

This position is in software development team in GSM/UMTS Engineering, China. The main responsibilities are manage one development function area team to move all projects forwards.

• Organize the team to deliver all projects in time with quality
• Work with senior leader team to assess, evaluate and mitigate risks
• Analyze any issues and work together with other function area team to resolve them

Requirement：

• Major in telecommunication, computer software, electronic engineering
• Above 3 years of experience in software development management or project management in telecommunication industry
• Technical ability to participate in all technical review
• Strong capacity in risk assessment, problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, especial for multi environment background, good oral and writing skill in English.
