职位描述/要求:
Summary of Job:
To provide inside sales support to the customers, complement the Account Manager to achieve targeted sales revenue and growth goals for the assigned team.
Key Responsibilities:
1,Establish, maintain and develop strategic partner relationship with focused accounts, build-up business cooperation model to bring mutual benefits to both APC-MGE and SPs ( IBM/IGS);
2,Organize and conduct training, initiative and execute programs to IBM/IGS sales, develop messaging skills and awareness of APC-MGE's solutions. Provide the IBM/IGS sales teams with the tools and resources which will allow them to effectively position APC-MGE products within their customers.
3,To build up funnel flow through appointed accounts and implement project tracking by leveraging both internal and external’s resources; Accomplish promised revenue goal and continuously increase attach rate as well as win rate in key projects;
4,Cooperate with marketing, marcom team to maximize benefits to APC-MGE by leveraging relationship with SPs; e.g.: offer valuable marketing information, set up meetings for product survey, joint-event/programs as per demand of marketing/ marcom , etc.
Qualification & Requirements:
1,Bachelor degree or equivalent(English or Science an advantage),MBA desirable
2,At least 6 years sales experience (Knowledge of the IT industry a definite plus);
3,lead role or responsibility an advantage- IBM/IGS or other main IT company "alliance sales experience" highly desirable
4,Thorough understanding of the sales function and processes including annual sales planning.
5, Proven skills in the areas of strategic planning, business development and project funnel management
6,Excellent written and oral communication skills, training and coaching skills both in English and Chinese
7,In depth knowledge of data centres, computer room project management is a plus
