职位描述/要求：
Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating and/or maintaining software applications for a product or family of products. Provides moderately complex modification, testing and debugging tasks. Provides analysis related to software design and development and solves problems. Evaluates impact of software performance, and recommends changes to software designers. This position works with minimal supervision and utilizes knowledge, experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
Preferred Education
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Work Experience
Typically 2 to 5 years in software development
Skill Requirements
Strong skill and rich experience on Windows programming with C/C++.
Excellent computer science concepts (Operating Systems and Data Structures);
Excellent Object Oriented Analysis/Design ability.
Good communication skills including writing and speaking in English
Plus
Experience on SQL Server database or Exchange
Knowledge of .NET framework
