职位描述/要求：
Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing Automation Framework Software application and for CA product or family of products. Provides moderately complex modification, testing and debugging tasks.  Provides analysis related to software design and development and solves problems. Evaluates impact of software performance, and recommends changes to software designers. This position works with minimal supervision and utilizes knowledge, experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
Key Responsibilities：
 
*      Design software units/modules/products.
*      Code software units/modules/products.
*      Unit/module testing of software.
*      Develop and direct software testing plans for quality assurance.
*      Set up software configuration control environments.
*      Set up software development environments.
*      Software configuration control.
*      Participate in design and code reviews.
*      Assist Quality Assurance Team.
*      Set-up/maintain testing environments.
*      Develop and update automation scripts.
*      Perform test cases and maintain associated test records.
*      Record issues into a defect-tracking system.
 
 
Job Requirement :
 
*      BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
*      2+ years of commercial software development with Java..
*      Expert of web based application development with ASP.NET, experience in JSP/Struts/Database design is a plus.
*      Outstanding design/debugging/coding skills.
*      Problem solving skills and quality management.
*      Communicate effectively with world wide development teams in
English; can write good technical emails and documents in English.
*      Experience in software automation testing is a plus
*      Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure

Business Travel

Business travel of approximately 5 or less percent yearly is expected for this position.
