职位描述/要求：
Job duties:
1.Developing test plans, preparing test data.
2.Developing and documenting programs and scripts for automated testing.
3.Preparing test configurations and maintaining them in the up-to-date state.
4.Performing tests based on the test plans.
5.Documenting test results - registering defects in the defect tracking system, completing check lists and test reports.
6.Managing defects - reproducing defects, re-checking corrections, closing defects.
7.Performing analysis of functionality, efficiency and other software characteristics including comparison with other software products (both Company's products and products of other vendors).
8.Analyzing, reproducing and registering in the defect tracking system messages about errors and problems discovered during beta-testing and messages received from the support team.
Administrative duties:
1.Participating in meetings of project teams and work groups.
2.If instructed by the supervisor, participating in the work of various advising boards related to the project, preparing reports on various issues.
3.Preparing reports about work performed.
General requirements:
1.Bachelor or above is required
2.English in spoken and written
3.More than 2 years as a software test engineer or a system administrator
4.Attention to details, thoroughness, patience
Professional requirements:
1.Good knowledge of Exchange Server, good knowledge of all mail protocols and e-mail formats – mandatory. 2.Good knowledge of Windows platforms (Win2K, XP, Win2003) – mandatory.
3.Experience in Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003 domains deployment and administration – mandatory.
4.Experience in managing Active Directory, FTP, Proxy (ISA), WWW, configuring DHCP‚ DNS‚ WINS, good knowledge of TCP/IP – mandatory.
5.Programming experience of using C/C++, VB or Delphi and scripting languages VBScript, JScript, Perl, etc - mandatory.
6.Experience in using Lotus Domino/Notes – preferable

2.两年以上测试或系统管理工作经验；
3.熟练掌握Exchange Server,熟练掌握各种邮件协议，邮件格式；
4.熟练掌握Windows平台(Win2k, XP, Win2003)；
5.有在Windows2000,2003上做domain部署和管理的经验；
6.有管理AD, FTP, Proxy(ISA),WWW,配置DHCP, DNS, WINS的经验,熟练掌握TCP/IP；
7.有使用C/C++, VB, Delphi 和脚本语言VBScript, JScript, Perl的开发经验；
8.有使用Lotus Eomino/Notes的经验优先；
