职位描述/要求:
Job Description
- Provide broking services to and arrange insurance programs for multi-national clients independently or in cooperation with Willis overseas office
- Communicate with Willis business partners such as overseas offices, clients and insurance companies
- Deal with claims independently or together with Willis Claim department
- Responsible for budget on designated accounts and income collection
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years insurance industry experience is required; Preferably with prior experience in multinational insurance company
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; CET 6 is minimum request
- Having a broker license is extra point
- Capability of proactively and efficiently communicating with business partners
- Ability of independently working with and presenting to clients
- Competence of independently dealing with claims
- Exhibit potentials of developing new business and taking managerial positions
- In-depth knowledge about property and casualty insurance lines
- General knowledge about broker practice and industry
- Open mind and good team spirit
