Job Description

• Provide broking services to and arrange insurance programs for multi-national clients independently or in cooperation with Willis overseas office
• Communicate with Willis business partners such as overseas offices, clients and insurance companies
• Deal with claims independently or together with Willis Claim department
• Responsible for budget on designated accounts and income collection

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree
•  Minimum 2-3 years insurance industry experience is required; Preferably with prior experience in multinational insurance company
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; CET 6 is minimum request
• Having a broker license is extra point
• Capability of proactively and efficiently communicating with business partners
• Ability of independently working with and presenting to clients
• Competence of independently dealing with claims
• Exhibit potentials of developing new business and taking managerial positions
• In-depth knowledge about property and casualty insurance lines
• General knowledge about broker practice and industry
• Open mind and good team spirit
