职位描述/要求:
Job Description
- Maintain the customer relationship daily, further develop insurance broking business in local market; Provide customers the best after sales service generally.
- Provide customers professional consultancy in term of risk management; Knowledgeable about insurance and insurance market, provide customer the most cost efficient and appropriate insurance plan. Minimize customer’s risk.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree (or above), major in relevant field (e.g. Insurance, Finance & Economy etc.).
- Have good English communication skill.
- Good command of PC.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in Finance & Insurance industry; Experienced in sales Planning and market development in insurance industry.
- Strong capabilities of market development and public relationship; Candidate who has abundant customer resource or has the experience ever developed or maintained some medium or large property & casualty projects will have the priority.
- Good personality, open minded, good self learning skill, aggressive and good team spirit.

任职要求
- 相关专业本科以上学历
- 有良好的英语沟通能力
- 能熟练操作电脑
- 2-3年以上金融保险行业工作经验,对保险业营销策划、市场拓展具实际操作经验
- 有较强的市场开拓、公关能力,具有大中型财险项目开拓及服务经验者、或有丰富客户资源者优先考虑
- 个性开朗,不畏艰难,具有团队合作精神及较强的学习能力;勇于开拓进取,具有团队合作精神
