Provide efficient support to all business departments and branches initiatively;

Set up discipline for all sales activities; Set up and optimize the standards and process;

Collect sales and marketing data and complete periodical reports on time;

Grasp the latest government rule and regulation which is relevant to insurance and insurance broker; Keep update it with company departments and branches;

Bachelor degree or above;  Major in  Insurance or Finance & Economy or other related discipline will have the priority;;

At least 3-5 years working experience; Preferably with prior experience in the insurance industry;

Familiar with relevant government law and regulations;

Good team spirit;

Strong Analysis skill;

Strong communication skill both in Chinese and English;

Professional English writing;
