Engender a positive and tenacious client retention and development focus and be involved in and encourage communication with clients.

Develop and maintain effective long term relationships with key client/prospect decision makers and frequently monitor political, management and other changes within client/prospect organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship at all times .

Possess and apply a thorough understanding of the business plans to ensure we identify and capitalize on potential opportunities.

Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers at a senior level.

Maximize utilization of regional and global Consumer resources by maintaining an awareness of and using facilities and capabilities available.

Manage all expenses to maintain close control of expenditure and to remain intimately aware of costs against budget.

Work with account managers of branches to identify potential opportunities from the existing client base.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor Degree or above in Insurance or related discipline

Excellent Command of English

Strong Sales Skills and Client Service sense, Commercial Awareness

Good communication, leadership, management skills
