Job Descriptions:
As a senior SW engineer you are involved to embedded software development and maintenance of radio network elements or modules. You are going to lead SW development from technical point of view as a chief of small team. Daily development activities include writing design specification, coding, module test planning, module test execution and white box integration testing.

Qualification Requirements：
- MECS/EE graduated in 2003 or earlier
- At least 4+ years experiences in embedded system development area.
- Knowledge and experience in the following areas are necessary
. Familiar with wireless telecommunication system, such as WiMax, TD-SCDMA or WCDMA
. Development experience of PowerPC, MIPS or ARM
. Familiar with UML and RT programming
. Expert in C and C++, RT and Embedded SW Debugging
. Good understanding of SW Engineering
. Familiar with version control tools such as ClearCase and etc.
- Strong learning and troubleshooting abilities, cooperative and self-motivate spirits
- Excellent communication skills, good command of English.
