Job Descriptions:
I&V project you are going to lead includes ramp-up of regressio testing, running tests and development of test automation for WiMAX BS product. Besides daily project management tasks, the role is combination of team leader and specialist since you should be able to guide and control assignments of members of the team. You should be working as a specialist in TTCN-3 scripting. Project team has a lot independency due to time difference. System level understanding and knowledge of broadband wireless protocol stacks would help you a lot in this position. Communication in our multi-site environment should be seamless so that all parties know the status all the time.

Qualification Requirements：
- Graduated as MECS/EE in 2003 or earlier
- At least 4+ years experience in broadband or embedded software development
- Proven track of project manager and team leading experience
- Knowledge and experience in the following areas are necessary:
. Familiar with Wireless telecommunication system, such as WiMax, TD-SCDMA or WCDMA
. Expert in C++ and UML
. Good understanding of SW Engineering and project development processes
. Familiar with some test scripting language, e.g. TTCN-3 is preferred.
. Test lab experience (analyzers, simulators, testers) is a plus
- Strong team leading, learning and troubleshooting abilities, cooperative and self-motivate spirits
- Excellent communication skills, good command of English.
