Responsibilities
·Plan & prioritize personal sales activities & customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs & sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
·Plan & carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, product mix and timescales.
·Respond to & follow up sales enquiries by email, post, telephone and personal visits.
·Develop existing & new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
·Monitor & report on activities and provide relevant management information.
·Monitor & report on market & competitor activities & provide relevant reports and information.
·Manage pricing & margins according to agreed aims.
·Use customer & prospect contact activities tools & systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
·Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
·Attend & present at external customer meetings & internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
Requirements:
·Proficient written and spoken English skills
·Sales experiences in relocations business is highly prefereed
·Sales experiences in consulting business is a plus
·Able to conduct sales guidelines through
·A clear understanding of international business relations, knowledge of disparate commercial markets
·The strategic management skill of high touch clients
·Development of fierce client loyalty
·A focus on reducing client risk, cost and work load
The partnership will consist of a compensation package that includes a reasonable base salary and a very generous commission structure plus an educational program that includes a generous amount of time to learn company values, features and benefits before performance goals are enacted and regular training in our world headquarters in Budapest, Hungary.
