Purpose Statement:
To support client services team in new business development and client origination efforts in the market, and to explore and develop the markets to support the growth and expansion of the firm’s business in the region
Responsibilities:
- Be able to conduct project research efforts independently which includes analyzing the client’s financial strength, business risks, operation risks, etc.
- Lead junior team members to conduct the preliminary due diligence process, prepare analysis report and recommend the action plan;
- Have professional meetings with potential clients, identify business opportunities, prepare meeting memos, work with senior team members to design tailor-made financial structures and make presentation to the clients;
- Lead junior team members to prepare project evaluation report to achieve senior management’s approval;
- Provide efficient support to the team’s marketing efforts

- Investment and financial advisory and consulting business with complex and changing/evolving regulations and government policies; a competitive sector where the corporate unique focus and experience in providing quality private wealth management services position it in an advantageous niche market position
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- University graduation
- Finance, economics or accounting major or equivalent qualifications;
- Minimum three years of experience in relevant accounting and credit analysis in reputable accounting firms, commercial banks, multinational corporations or other related professional firms
- Familiar with tax regulation & credit procedure
- Available for occasional travelling around China and overseas;
- Business sense/perception;
