Supervise: Shop Supervisors and Sales Associates

Accountabilities 

• Manage and motivate sales through the development of strong retail personnel and ensure that all shops are operated in line with corporate standard.

Major Responsibilities

• Optimize sales by motivating staff, providing guidance, resolving problems referred
• Liaising with merchandising team on product training requirements to improve staff performance; providing on going feedback to facilitate buying decision
• Recruit, manage and develop in-store personnel.  Provide ongoing feedback and evaluation of performance.
• Act as the main point of contact and co-ordinate with various providers and office in Shanghai on matters relating to logistic, shipment, human resources and accounting etc. 
• Work with Visual Merchandising team to implement and monitor corporate merchandising programs.
• Monitor the inventory for product and shop stationery; co-ordinate with merchandising team in Hong Kong to ensure that adequate stock level is maintained
• Maintain and monitor the security for the shop
• Deliver on-site educational programs for continued development of the staff and seasonal update for inter-departmental personnel where and as required.
• Resolve and handle customers’ complaints.
• Co-ordinate with various departments on matters relating to retail operation.  Monitor and ensure that all corporate policies are adhered and respected by retail personnel.
• Assist in all events and functions at boutique level.
• Prepare and review the payroll, co-ordinate all human resources issues
• Any other duties as may assigned from time to time.
