Location:   Shanghai/Beijing

Responsibilities:

- Provide corporate and private equity clients in deal origination, market entry, M&A strategy, target search & screen and commercial due diligence
- Lead multiple project teams in project work, providing direction and guidance to project team manager and team members, and taking ultimate responsibility for deliverables
- Be responsible for an industry group, manage analyst team to ensure delivery of its targets for knowledge and converts knowledge into opportunities
- Coach and develop staff in industry group
- Actively market services to private equity clients and corporate prospects
- Develop the business through integration into our regional and international network

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years work experience including at least 4-5 years experience in strategy consulting, with deep exposure to market research and financial analysis 
- Native Mandarin, excellent English
- Educated at top tier university in China, MBA from leading school in US or Europe
- Sound strategy consulting, M&A process, and strong client-facing skills
