职位描述/要求：
受新加坡某封装后道半导体公司委托，招聘赴新加坡半导体后道测试开发工程师
工作地点：新加坡
Engineer (Test Development – Mixed Signal Logic)
Responsibilities:
Develop new test program ( Conversion, Characterization )
Lead on project off-load to production and provide detail project report & Training
Re-engineer customer testing methodology for higher production throughput.
Develop software tools to assist projects development timeline
Generate and update new test program library
Perform test program conversion, test time reduction and test yield improvement to enhance productivity
Participate in team activities to support Product Engineering
Responsible for test bench-marking, engineering reports and data management
Requirements:
Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
Knowledge of RF & mixed signal testing methodology in both final test & wafer sort; and test program development in C/C++, Perl, Awk and VB
Experience in LTX Fusion, Agilent 93K, Credence Quartet and Teradyne Catalyst, J750 and Tiger systems is an advantage
Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
