受新加坡某半导体公司委托，招聘赴新加坡半导体TD TCAD Engineer/ Senior Engineer/ Principal Engineer

工作地点：新加坡
 

Role & Responsibilities :

Provide TCAD support to TD and Fabs in 2D and 3D device simualtions

Capable to show strong technical leadership.

 

Knowledge/ Technical Skills:

Expert in 2D and 3D Tcad simulation with a very good understanding of the Physics of implantation and diffusion.

 

Personal Attributes :

Need to be able to work independantly and to show creativity in solving technical problem as well as capability to plan experiements.
